Reece Albert has been around heavy equipment his entire life. From his first demolition job at just 12 years old, he began laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong career in heavy equipment and construction. Growing up around trucks and dozers, this industry wasn't something he discovered later — it's what he was raised in.
Starting with a truck and a dozer, he built Diamond A Group from the ground up. This company wasn't created behind a desk. It was built in the seat of equipment, through long days in the West Texas heat, and on job sites where quality and reliability matter.
Today, that same hands-on grit drives every division of the company. Reece still knows every crew, every machine, and every job site — because that's how Diamond A Group was built, and that's how it still runs.
